When you browse the website

Name, email address, the category you select (employer, candidate, partner/volunteer, organisation, or individual), and your message.
When you submit an employer enquiry
Name, organisation, work email address, area of interest (recruitment, placements, mentoring, inclusive recruitment, or other), and your message.

Full name, email address, professional sector, immigration/refugee status (as selected by you), your CV (PDF, DOC, or DOCX), and information about the role you are seeking.
When you request an introduction to a candidate
Name, organisation, email address, the candidate reference shown on the profile, and your message.

Whatever information you choose to provide.
We do not intentionally collect special category data beyond what you choose to share in forms (for example information relating to refugee or migrant status). Where you provide this, we process it only with your consent and only to assess and deliver our support services.
We use personal data to:
respond to enquiries and provide information about our services;
review candidate support registrations and assess suitability for our programmes;
connect employers with suitable candidates, including handling introduction requests;
deliver mentoring, workshops, placements, and related career support;
operate, maintain, and improve our website;
prevent fraud, spam, and misuse of our forms;

keep internal records and audit logs where appropriate.

Public profiles use a reference code rather than a candidate’s full name. Candidate registrations and CVs: for the duration of our support relationship and up to 24 months afterwards, unless you ask us to delete sooner or we need to keep records longer for legal or safeguarding reasons;

Technical/security logs: for a limited period necessary for security and troubleshooting.
When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including access controls, encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to candidate documents, role-based permissions for staff, and rate limiting on public forms.
No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your information proportionately to the sensitivity of the data we hold.
