Site Engineer

Forward‑thinking Site Engineer with experience across residential, infrastructure and road construction projects, bringing strong capability in setting out, engineering control, temporary works compliance, quality assurance and health & safety management. Skilled in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, resolving technical issues early, and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with design information, programme requirements and statutory standards.

Experienced in delivering engineering control for groundworks, drainage, utilities, reinforced concrete works, roads and external works, with proven ability to maintain accurate control points, verify data, and produce assured as‑built documentation. Strong understanding of CDM 2015, RAMS, inspection processes, and construction governance, supported by hands‑on experience conducting H&S inspections and enforcing compliance on site.

Brings solid digital capability across Total Station (TS15/TS16), AutoCAD, MS Project, and modern surveying tools, with additional experience supporting commercial teams through measurement, valuations, material reconciliation and variation identification. Demonstrates confidence in reviewing temporary works information, raising RFIs, resolving drawing conflicts, and acting as a technical interface between design consultants and site teams.

International project exposure includes road construction, utilities, drainage, building works and mixed‑use developments, strengthening adaptability and engineering judgement. Recognised for disciplined delivery, strong communication, proactive problem‑solving and a coaching‑oriented approach that supports safe, coordinated and high‑quality construction outcomes.
