Project Manager

Project Manager with 8+ years’ experience delivering construction, refurbishment and asset enhancement projects across residential, commercial and facilities management portfolios. Skilled in project planning, contractor coordination, cost control, HSE compliance and stakeholder engagement. Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, maintain programme and budget control, and deliver projects up to £20m from initiation through to handover.

Experience includes managing construction and refurbishment works for major UAE property and asset management organisations, overseeing BOQs, variations, technical submittals, KPIs, site inspections, snagging and final accounts. Strong capability in developing scopes of work, issuing work orders, monitoring contractor performance and resolving technical and commercial issues to maintain quality and programme certainty.

Additional experience in civil works, MEP coordination and industrial fabrication projects, supporting site planning, resource allocation, subcontractor management and payment applications. Holds a CMI Certified Manager qualification, an MBA International, and a UK‑recognised BSc Civil Engineering (RQF Level 6). ICE Graduate Member with strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills suited to UK construction, FM and project delivery roles.
