Site & Section Engineer

Civil Engineer with over 20 years’ experience delivering complex civil engineering, infrastructure, and building projects across the Middle East, now seeking UK Site/Section Engineer opportunities. Brings strong capability in setting‑out, surveying, site supervision, QA/QC, RAMS, and construction oversight, supported by hands‑on use of Leica Total Station, Auto Level, Digital Level, AutoCAD, Civil 3D and advanced Excel.

Experienced in managing roadworks, concrete structures, utilities, high‑rise developments and large‑scale civil works from early stages through to handover. Skilled in coordinating subcontractors, resolving technical issues, maintaining survey control, and ensuring works are delivered safely, accurately and in line with design specifications, project standards and HSE requirements.

Has delivered major residential, commercial, road and infrastructure projects in both site and project management roles, strengthening his ability to oversee multiple work fronts, implement QA/QC procedures, conduct inspections, track RFIs/submittals, and maintain progress reporting. Demonstrates strong communication, leadership and problem‑solving skills, with a methodical, safety‑focused approach suited to fast‑paced UK construction environments.

Holds a valid CSCS card, GMICE membership, UK Health & Safety Awareness training, and a UK‑recognised civil engineering degree (RQF Level 6). Offers a blend of technical surveying expertise, site management experience, and UK‑ready compliance knowledge that supports accurate, safe and efficient delivery of civil engineering works across roads, buildings and infrastructure.
