Civil Engineer - Site Engineer - Section Engineer

Civil Engineer with 25+ years of experience delivering large‑scale building, infrastructure, industrial and mixed‑use projects across Qatar and Egypt, including schemes valued up to £126M. Strong capability in site supervision, construction delivery, setting‑out verification, QA/QC management, ITPs, NCRs, RAMS, technical documentation and contractor coordination. Experienced across reinforced concrete, steel structures, roads, drainage, utilities, industrial facilities, residential developments and major commercial projects.

Demonstrates deep experience managing civil and structural works from planning through to handover, including inspections, material submittals, method statements, authority approvals and progress reporting. Skilled in resolving technical issues, maintaining programme control, monitoring contractor performance and ensuring compliance with specifications, FIDIC contracts and international standards. Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage subcontractors and maintain high standards of safety and quality on complex work fronts.

Major project portfolio includes hotels, residential compounds, industrial facilities, sports halls, equestrian centres, high‑rise towers, health centres, educational buildings and large‑scale infrastructure works. Holds UK SMSTS, CSCS AQP, HS&E for Managers, PMP, and postgraduate diplomas in Soil Mechanics & Foundations and Structural Engineering (UK ENIC Level 7). Offers a blend of technical depth, site leadership and quality assurance suited to UK civils, infrastructure and construction delivery roles.
